Insurance
By registering, the participant declares that he/she is taking part in Parkour Day Stäfa on his/her own responsibility and at his/her own risk. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. TV Stäfa, as the organizer, rejects any liability to the extent permitted by law and is in particular not liable for accidents, theft, illness and other cases of damage.
Risk / Liability
During parkour, the body is exposed to increased performance. We therefore only recommend participation if the participant is healthy and in a correspondingly active physical condition. Helpers on site must be obeyed and the competition regulations must be followed. TV Stäfa accepts no liability.
Image and film material
Pictures and film material may be taken during the competition. Individual persons may be recognizable in this material. The participant agrees that TV Stäfa and any sponsor may use the image and film material for marketing purposes in anonymous form. Image and film material of the participants may be used both online and offline, namely on social media channels of TV Stäfa, Parkour Stäfa, the corresponding website or of any media channels of the sponsors, as well as for aftermovies or advertising material.
Participant data and data protection, rights of participants
By registering, the participant assures that the data provided is correct. Personal data will be passed on to the two associations SPKA and STV for administrational reasons. Your personal data (surname and first name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email address) will also be used by SWICA for marketing purposes (including contacting you for the purpose of providing insurance advice). You can prevent your data from being used for the specified purposes at any time and without providing a reason by writing to webmaster@tvstaefa.ch. Data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose or is permitted or required by law. The data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations once the processing purpose no longer applies or the retention period has expired. During this time, TV Stäfa will take all technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unlawful and improper processing. Data subjects may exercise their rights with respect to their personal data at any time. The Swiss Data Protection Act applies. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
Ethics statute and doping statute
By registering for the competition, the participant submits to the Swiss Sports Code of Ethics. The current Swiss Olympic Doping Statute also applies to this competition.
